I was born and raised in Linz, Austria and after pursuing a Linguistics degree at the University of Salzburg and gathering extensive international experience, I have settled down in Vienna, Austria with my husband Greg. In addition to providing linguistic quality assurance for a multinational company, I am conducting research in areas such as language contact, intercultural communication and missionary and colonial linguistics. During my off-time, I enjoy reading post-colonial literature, doing yoga, dancing, cooking and traveling.
